60A, 300V ULTRA-FAST RECOVERY RECTIFIER
An ultra-fast recovery diode- RFR60F30PN is manufactured using advanced silicon planar epitaxial technology. The structure of the rectifier and process parameter is adjusted with the optimized performance of forward voltage drop as well as reverse recovery time. This reliable and rugged device offers the best overall performance, given the advanced planar junction terminal structure, platinum doped life control, and accurate epitaxial dope control. It mainly finds use in the output rectification stage of SMPS, UPS, and converters of types, such as DC-DC. It is also used in free-wheeling diodes in inverters of low voltage as well as chopper motor drivers.
